The Greek philosopher Heraclitus said that life is like a river, ever changing, even the nature of the flow changes. While I practiced a more traditional vinyasa flow yesterday, this morning I had BodyCombat for breakfast. Whatever gets the body and mind moving, it's all a form of yoga. My practice has definitely evolved in a more physical fierce direction, but that does not need to neglect the mind. I'm continuously amazed at how calm my mind feels after an invigorating mixed martial arts workout. And now for nourishment, digging into an overnight chia pudding bowl made with fresh hazelnut mylk, raw cacao, walnuts, goji berries, blackberry, oats, figs, hemp seeds, and spinach. #wfpb #bodycombat #lesmills #everythingflows #heraclitus #mindbodywotkout #mma #yogafood #veganwarrior #chiapudding #breakfastofchampions

Relaxing with my beloved for a few days in the dreamlike town of Oia. Outside of Athens, few people seem to understand "vegan" but we have been delighted by the local hospitality and discovered that many traditional dishes are plant-based. More on the delicious food coming soon.
