Spring noodles with artichoke hearts, heirloom tomatoes, beets, and olives with a raw pecan, fig, and sweet pepper sauce. I enjoy mixing raw recipes with cooked foods, the combo of textures is nice and you get the benefits of raw and cooked nutrition.
