Peruvian-inspired birthday dinner!  Hearts of palm ceviche on romaine, sweet potato cashew gratin stuffed red pepper, and pan roasted porcini and power greens.  The flavors and textures were incredible, all prepared with whole foods, no oil or added salt or sugar. I cannot take credit for this wonderful meal ;-) , everything was prepared with love by my amazingly talented plant based partner.
