Making waffles again as we watch the snow falling. This time I used 100% whole unrefined grains by pre cooking a batter made of amaranth, rye, and kasha. Topped with homemade ginger vanilla blueberry sauce, cashew yogurt, hemp seeds, goldenberries, and pumpkin seeds. #snowpacalypse #wfpb #veganwaffles #wholegrains #yogafood #whatelsecaniwaffle
