My go to breakfast: Overnight oats. 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2cup to 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tbps ground flax seed 1/2 cup berries Dash of cinnamon To make, add all ingredients in a small glass container or ball jar.  Put in fridge and let soak overnight. Optional boost: I like to finely chop any dark leafy green like kale and collard and mix into my oats.  This helps me tick off nearly half of Dr. G's Daily Dozen in my first meal of the day!
